Is this a real diamond?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds — the same carbon crystal structure, hardness, and fire as mined diamonds — grown in a controlled lab environment instead of underground. They are graded by IGI using the same 4Cs standard.
Can you tell a lab-grown diamond from a natural one just by looking?
No. Lab-grown and natural diamonds are visually and chemically identical; the only way to tell them apart is with specialized lab equipment that reads the diamond's growth signature, which is why certification matters.
