We started GemHub & Co. with a simple belief: every diamond should come with a story you can verify. So we built the business around certification — every diamond and lab-grown stone we sell is independently graded by a recognised gemological laboratory, with the certificate shipped alongside the piece.

Operating out of Dubai's IFZA free zone — one of the world's established hubs for the gemstone and jewellery trade — lets us work directly with cutters, casters, and certifying laboratories. We design and manufacture under one operation, then ship directly to customers worldwide. There is no traditional retail markup in our prices because there is no traditional retail layer in our supply chain.

What We Stand For

• Independent Certification. Every diamond we sell — natural or lab-grown — ships with a certificate from an independent gemological laboratory such as IGI or GIA. Moissanite stones ship with a Certificate of Authenticity. You can verify each certificate online using the issuing laboratory's report number.
• Lab-Grown Options. Across our catalogue we offer lab-grown diamond and moissanite alternatives. Lab-grown stones are independently certified, chemically identical to natural diamonds in the case of CVD, and have a smaller environmental footprint than mined stones.
• Made to Order. Most pieces are crafted specifically for you after you place your order. We are a direct manufacturer and offer custom designs in 14K / 18K gold, 925 sterling silver, and platinum — please review our Refund & Returns Policy before ordering, as made-to-order and engraved pieces are final sale.
• Direct Pricing. Because we manufacture and ship directly, our prices reflect a factory-direct cost structure rather than a traditional multi-layer retail markup.
• We Stand Behind Our Craft. If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we replace or fully refund it at no cost to you. Beyond that, we consider repair, resize, and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis — email support@gemhubco.com and our team will help.
