• Prices are shown in your local currency where supported through Shopify Markets; our base currency is the UAE Dirham (AED), and your card may be charged in your local currency or in AED depending on your market. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Colors and finishes may appear slightly different on different screens.
• We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and refuse, cancel, or limit orders.
• If an item is unavailable after order, we'll notify you and offer a substitute or full refund.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send shipping confirmation.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Your card statement will show "Hamlet Global Trading FZCO". We do not store full card numbers.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are incorporated by reference.

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

We are a direct manufacturer. Pieces can be custom-made in 10k / 14k / 18k gold, 925 sterling silver, or platinum. Custom pieces are final sale — not eligible for return or refund except in cases of manufacturing defect or our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by Hamlet Global Trading FZCO or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

• Use the website only for lawful purposes.
