We exclusively ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Every GemHub & Co. piece is crafted with care and delivered securely and fully insured. All orders are processed and billed in UAE Dirham (AED).

How Long Will My Order Take?

Most GemHub & Co. pieces are made to order and crafted specifically for you. Here is the end-to-end timeline for an order shipped to a UAE address:

• Ready-to-ship pieces — dispatched in 1 to 2 business days. With 1 to 2 business days of local UAE delivery, total time is approximately 2 to 4 business days.
• Made-to-order pieces — crafting & quality check in 5 to 6 business days. Your piece is produced by our artisans and inspected by our QA team before it leaves us.
• Delivery within the UAE — 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, your order is delivered to your UAE address via a fully insured premium courier.
• Total estimated time for made-to-order pieces — approximately 6 to 8 business days. This covers 5–6 business days crafting plus 1–2 business days local UAE delivery.

If a piece requires longer production than the timelines above, we will tell you before you order or as soon as we know.

• Free UAE Shipping — complimentary, fully insured delivery on all orders to United Arab Emirates addresses, with no minimum order value.
• Secure, Discreet Packaging — every order ships in discreet, fully insured packaging via a reputable UAE premium courier.
• Signature on Delivery — for security, high-value shipments require an adult signature. Please ensure an authorised adult is available at the delivery address.

• Every order is tracked. A tracking number is issued for every shipment.
• Real-time updates. A tracking link is emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
