All transactions are processed exclusively in UAE Dirhams (AED). GemHub & Co. exclusively accepts orders and processes payments for delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are shown and charged in UAE Dirham (AED). Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Colors and finishes may appear slightly different on different screens.
  • We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and refuse, cancel, or limit orders.
  • If an item is unavailable after order, we’ll notify you and offer a substitute or full refund.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send shipping confirmation.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Your card statement will show “Hamlet Global Trading FZCO”. We do not store full card numbers.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are incorporated by reference.

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

We are a direct manufacturer. Pieces can be made to order in 10k / 14k / 18k gold, 925 sterling silver, or platinum. Standard made-to-order pieces are eligible for our 30-day return and exchange policy (see our Refund & Returns Policy). Only highly personalised or bespoke items — such as custom engraving or non-standard, made-to-your-specification designs — are final sale, except in cases of manufacturing defect or our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by Hamlet Global Trading FZCO or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the site.
  • Do not submit fraudulent information when placing orders.
  • Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated harvesters.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

If you are a consumer, you retain all rights and remedies available to you under any applicable mandatory consumer-protection law.
