• Free Worldwide Shipping: Complimentary insured shipping on all orders, no minimum required.
• Made to Order: Most GemHub & Co. pieces are crafted specifically for you. Crafting and quality check take 5–6 working days before dispatch.
• Delivery: 7–10 business days in transit via FedEx, DHL, or equivalent, fully insured and trackable. Typical total: approximately 12–16 business days from order to delivery. A small number of ready-stock items may dispatch faster.
• Duties & Taxes: For most destinations, import duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. For U.S. orders, we pay applicable U.S. customs duties and import taxes upfront.
• Signature Required: High-value shipments require an adult signature on delivery.

Returns & Exchanges — Summary

Two Return Paths

Almost every order falls into one of two categories — we tell you which on each product page.

Made-to-Order & Engraved Items

Most GemHub & Co. pieces are crafted specifically for you. These, along with customised and engraved items, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange — except where the item arrives defective or we have made an error, in which case we replace or fully refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering only; production begins within 5 hours of payment.

Stock Items — 30-Day Returns

Ready-stock (non-custom) items may be returned within 30 days of shipment, or exchanged within 45 days.

• Free First Return (Stock Items): Your first return on an eligible stock order ships free with a prepaid, insured label. No restocking fees — you receive a full refund of the item price.
• Refunds are issued via your original payment method.

The Essentials

• Condition: Returned items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all certificates. A missing certificate incurs a 30% replacement fee per certificate.
• How to Start: Email support@gemhubco.com for a Return Authorisation (RA) number before shipping. We’ll confirm the correct return address for your region in writing — customers in the US, UK, and UAE can usually return to a regional location without international shipping.
• Refunds: Processed within 3 business days of inspection, via the original payment method. International refunds may take 5–10 additional business days.
