• We reserve the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors and to refuse, cancel, or limit orders, including after an order has been placed.
• Stock and lead times are not guaranteed; if an item is unavailable after order, we will notify you and offer a substitute or full refund.

04.Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or stock issues. 07.Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

We are a direct manufacturer, and most pieces in our collection are made to order — produced specifically for you after you place your order. Pieces can also be custom-made in 10k / 14k / 18k gold, 925 sterling silver, or platinum, in custom sizes, or with custom stones.

Made-to-order, customised, and engraved pieces are final sale — not eligible for return or refund except in cases of manufacturing defect or our error. By ordering a made-to-order or custom piece, you accept these terms. Please review the full Refund & Returns Policy before ordering.

08.Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, photographs, product designs, logos, and the "GEMHUB & CO." brand — is owned by Hamlet Global Trading FZCO or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws.
