  • Production TimeSome pieces may be out of stock or made to order. Crafting and quality check typically take approximately 5 to 6 working days before dispatch.
  • Secure PackagingEvery order ships in discreet, fully insured packaging through reputable international couriers such as FedEx, DHL, or equivalent.
  • Duties & TaxesImport duties, customs charges, and local taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total. For U.S. orders, GemHub & Co. pays applicable U.S. customs duties and import taxes upfront, so there are no surprise fees at delivery.

Our artisans prepare or finalise your piece and our QA team inspects every detail before packaging.

Dispatch & Tracking
Your jewellery is sealed in secure, discreet packaging and handed off to FedEx, DHL, or an equivalent courier. A tracking link is sent to your email.
Day 12 — 16
Delivery
Your order arrives at your door, fully insured. A signature is required for high-value shipments.

Delivery Delays

Although we do everything possible to ensure swift delivery, external factors such as customs procedures or unexpected postal delays may occasionally affect shipping times.

We work closely with our carriers to minimise these delays and ensure your order reaches you securely and as quickly as possible.

Important: For high-value shipments, signature on delivery is mandatory. Please ensure an authorised adult is available at the delivery address.

International Orders

As an international exporter of fine jewellery, GemHub & Co. ships to most countries worldwide. All international shipments are accompanied by a commercial invoice and any required export documentation in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

Customers are advised to verify their local import regulations before placing an order. GemHub & Co. is not responsible for shipments held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities due to non-compliance with the destination country's import rules.
