- Duties & TaxesImport duties, customs charges, and local taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total. For U.S. orders, GemHub & Co. pays applicable U.S. customs duties and import taxes upfront, so there are no surprise fees at delivery.

Dispatch & Tracking
Your jewellery is sealed in secure, discreet packaging and handed off to FedEx, DHL, or an equivalent courier. A tracking link is sent to your email.
Day 12 — 16
Delivery
Your order arrives at your door, fully insured. A signature is required for high-value shipments.

Delivery Delays
